This picture was taken inside the Pinocchio Village Haus in Fantasyland at the Magic Kingdom. This quick service restaurant has rooms that are themed to the characters in the 1940 Disney film. You can see that this photo was taken in the Figaro Room. One of the rooms overlooks the classic "it's a small world" attraction, which is attached to the Village Haus. My favorite spot in all of Fantasyland is actually at this restaurant. It is a small, outdoor balcony that overlooks the Fantasyland courtyard, and is reachable from both inside and outside of the building. It only contains a few tables and is typically a quiet place to enjoy a meal while watching the crowds moving through this busy area of the Magic Kingdom. While the construction is going on for the Fantasyland expansion, the Pinocchio Village Haus balcony is closed to keep guests from seeing the work being done. However, it will open again when the project is completed.
